A lot of intriguing games are about to be played on the last weekend of August.  We are back with another portion of  BTTS tips for Saturday:

Date Match BTTS
31st August West Ham vs  Norwich YES
31st August Bayer Leverkusen vs Hoffenheim YES
31st August Juventus vs Napoli YES

West Ham vs Norwich – England – Premier League

West Ham host Norwich at the London Stadium in a clash between two teams which entertained so far this season. The Irons will be looking for a second consecutive win while the Canaries will be aiming to bounce back after a home defeat in their last home fixture.
West Ham improved their performances after being thrashed by Manchester City on the opening day of the season. Manuel Pellegrini’s side fought hard to collect a point in their visit at Brighton. Undoubtedly, their best result came last week when they defeated Watford netting 3 times at Vicarage road.

West Ham have enough weapons in the attacking positions. Their record signing Sebastien Haller scored a brace against the Hornets showing his composure in front of the goal. Manuel Lanzini and Felipe Anderson are more than capable to provide the required supplement. However, the Hammers are yet to keep a clean sheet this term.

Norwich hadn’t an easier start and let Liverpool score 4 goals in the first half of their game at Anfield. They also conceded in the next two matches. Chelsea were able to score 3 times at Carrow Road a week ago. The vulnerability of their defence is party a result of their attacking style. Daniel Farke’s men tend to press high and attack their opponents in numbers.

Norwich found the net of their opponents in each of their matches and only Manchester City and Liverpool scored more goals than them in the league. Teemu Pukki seems to be the sensation of the season with his 5 goals this season – more than any player in the division. We predict that both teams will be looking for goals and none of them will keep a clean sheet in their meeting.

Prediction – BTTS: YES

Bayer Leverkusen vs Hoffenheim – Germany- Bundesliga

Two teams with high ambitions will face each other this Saturday. Bayer Leverkusen welcome Hoffenheim at BayArena on matchday 3 of the Bundesliga.

Bayer Leverkusen enjoyed a perfect start of the season. They won their first two league games scoring 3 goals in each of those matches. Only Borussia Dortmund scored more goals than them this term. The Company XI netted four times against Alemannia Aachen in their first cup outing. However, Bayer failed to keep a clean sheet for this campaign.

Hoffenheim were involved in a lot of high-scoring games last season – more goals were scored only in Dortmund’s matches. Despite the departure of Julian Nagelsmann, we still expect to see many goals in their games. They were beaten in the opening day by Eintracht Frankfurt but defeated Werder Bremen in their next encounter.

Both teams scored in the last 4 head-to-head meetings and we predict that they will do it again on Saturday.

Prediction – BTTS: YES

Juventus vs Napoli – Italy – Serie A

The current champions will take on the runners-up early in the season. Napoli will travel to Torino in an effort to prove that they can challenge Juventus for the Scudetto.
Maurizio Sarri was named as the new manager of Juventus this summer but will miss the game against his former team due to sickness. However, he will hope to see early signs that his players are getting used to “Sarriball”. His philosophy is based on dominating possession and scoring a lot of goals. The Old Lady has one of the best forwards of all time at his disposal in Cristiano Ronaldo, so we expect them to be more prolific than the last few seasons with Allegri at the helm.

Napoli are famous for their beautiful style of football. Unsurprisingly, their opening game was an attractive 4-3 win against Fiorentina on the road. Each of their forward players netted at Artemio Franchi. The Blues will be aiming to make a statement with a second away win against their biggest rivals. Both teams scored in 7 out of the previous 10 direct clashes including both matches last season. Due to the early stage of the campaign, we predict that Juventus and Napoli will be playing without pressure and will manage to score in that encounter.

Prediction – BTTS: YES
