The English Premier League is back on track this weekend, so there is no chance to skip it just like that. We will take a look at the rest of Europe football as well. Let’s check out the next Sunday BTTS tips::
|11th August||Colorado vs San Jose||YES|
|11th August||Leicester City vs Wolverhampton Wanderers||YES|
|11th August||Dinamo-Auto vs FC Sheriff||NO|
Colorado vs San Jose – USA – MLS
|54%||39%||Scored in both halves||35%||30%|
|85%||78%||Both teams scored||65%||90%|
Last weekend we presented you the match between Colorado Rapids and Montreal Impact. As we predicted, the match was really entertaining and our betting prediction for goals in both nets was correct, as the match ended 6-3 for the home side. This weekend Colorado will be the hosts once again, but this time they will be facing San Jose.
The Rapids might occupy the last spot in the Western Conference, but against Montreal, they showed everyone that they shouldn’t be considered as underdogs. If the match on Sunday ends as a draw, this is going to be the 12 consecutive home match for Colorado without a draw. If they manage to score once again, it will be the 14th occasion when they manage to score at home this season.
It looks like The Rapids have nothing left to play for, but their stats lately are showing something else. Another promising point is that the home side managed to find the net in all of their home matches this season.
San Jose Earthquakes are flying high this campaign, as they are finding themselves on the 3rd position in the Western Conference. The Quakes are very far from the league leaders Los Angeles FC, but the play-offs are a must for them. They got 38 points, but there are other teams coming from behind, which want their spot.
San Jose managed to win their last 2 visits with the same score – 3-1, which means they are not afraid to play away from home. However, they were able to win just three times playing on away soil in 2019, which means they secured just 10% of clean sheets.
Prediction – BTTS: YES
Leicester City vs Wolverhampton Wanderers – England – Premier League
Since this is the start of the English Premier League, there aren’t many stats that we can check before this classic match. But let’s take a look at their pre-season matches. The Foxes played 6 friendly matches and just one of them ended 0-0. In every single of the rest matches, both teams managed to find the net, as Leicester beat Notts County with 4-1 and Lille with 2-1.
Brendan Rodgers men lost to Udinese with 1-2 and to Newport with the same score. The 0-0 draw with Valencia was a positive point, but the most important question is how are Leicester going to replace Harry Maguire, who was sold to Manchester United for a world-record fee.
Wolverhampton were a massive surprise last season. They brought some new guys as Jesus Vallejo from Real Madrid on loan and Milan’s striker Patrick Cutrone. Wolves already participated in some official matches, as the team is trying to reach the group stage of the Europa League.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s men managed to beat the Welsh Crusaders with 6-1 on aggregate, and on Thursday the Armenian Pyunik was almost thrown out of the tournament as well.
Last season Wolves proved themselves as a team, which is playing very well against the so-called Top 6 teams and struggles against teams that are taking lower positions than them. It will be very interesting to see if the Wolves managed to make some progress this season
Prediction – BTTS: YES
Dinamo-Auto vs FC Sheriff – Moldova – Divizia Nationala
|0%||25%||Both teams scored||12%||14%|
|62%||44%||Failed to score||12%||14%|
Last week our pick from Moldova was successful, as FC Sheriff managed to win with 3-0 final score against Zimbru. Dinamo-Auto wil have a very different task against the league leaders. FC Dinamo are occupying the 5th position with 21 points – 21 away from the 1st spot.
The home side have won three, lost 2 and drew once in their most recent 6 home matches, as only one of them ended with BTTS YES. In addition, FC Dinamo-Auto have failed to score in 62% of their home matches this season, so we think they will struggle again against a much better side.
The situation in the Moldova Divizia Nationala haven’t changed at all. FC Sheriff are still leading the race comfortably, as it seems they had no problems at all so far. Sheriff had to play against the Swedish side AIK in the Europa League 3rd qualifying round, but they lost 1-2 at home.
This makes us think that they will try to bounce back with a clear win on Sunday against Dinamo-Auto. The visitors conceded 0.29 goals on average when playing away from home and they kept a clean sheet in 71% of their matches when visiting.
